Once you are at the stage of ecstasy, or your high, you completely forget that you are even alive and you block every thing around you out. 6.You are focused. 3. Suddenly when Spitz attacked Buck while Buck was intrigued with mangling the rabbit for dinner, Buck and Spitz became so absorbed with claiming victory over the fight that they forgot about everyone, and everything else. 7.Desired to attack Spitz, who constantly aggravated Buck, Buck became squared in on the fight, he yearned to battle Spitz for so long that he became alive as he pounced at Spitz with hatred. 1.The significance of this elaborated quote is that everyone feels how the quote is expressing, this is not just something that happens once in a life time, it happens everyday.4. Concluding, this quote is very significant because it describes an experience that majority of people would love to relive.
I think it means that when you feel alive it feels good so you do that thing that makes you feel alive more so you feel good. So when someone kills someone and it feels good so they do it again and again to make themselves feel good.
I believe that this quote means there is a high point in life, the highest you can reach. After reading the quote I have interpreted that when you are vividly living life to its fullest and you don't have any worries you will feel like your on a cloud. Maybe not quite a cloud but you'll get this rush of living, spirit and tranquility & you'll forget everything. No matter where you are or what you are doing this intense and motionless emotion can change your world & the atmosphere can be amazingly serene. You will be focused. Feeling this high above the world can be incredibly blissful and may be a once in a lifetime experience but who knows, right?

This quote means that there is a time in your life, where you will feel at the top, like you are at your best. After this time, your life could never reach higher then that point. Then it continues to state that everything gets contradicted, since the great feeling comes when you are most alive, and it also comes with the complete forgetfulness that one is alive. This quote relates to Buck, since in his new life he feels so alive, and with that, forgets that he is alive. His life could not get any worse then it is now, but there is a certain something that makes him feel so alive, like he is on top of the world.

To apply this section to the novel, Buck articulates that he has never felt better and been more fulfilled, he is at the peak of life and is most alive. 5. Although he is alive, sometimes Buck feels as though he isn't, which also pertains to the quote. This quote is very dynamic in its depiction of life and in its affiliation with the novel. 6,9. 1. This quote could mean a lot of different things, its just the way you interpret it. I think it trying to say is when your doing something you loves its a high in your life.2. In my life i have reached that high.6. playing hockey. I think the significance about this quote and the story is that Buck had a nice, peaceful home. 3. This quote means that there is one point in your life, when you are at the top of the world it seems, and that once you reach that point it means that you have fulfilled your goal in life, which is very good. 1. The quote also means that sometimes, since it seems that you are so high up in the world that life is a blur and that because everything is moving so fast that you forget that you are still actually alive. However, there are also some points in life, where you feel just the opposite. 3. Eventually, you get away from those points and then everything is normal again. 2.,9. By the time your life is over, hopefully you have done everything that you needed to do in life.
