Swift things are beautiful:
Swallows and deer,
And lightning that falls
Bright-veined and clear,
Rivers and meteors,
Wind in the wheat,
The strong-withered horse,
The runner's sure feet.
And slow things are beautiful:
The closing of day,
The pause of the wave
That curves downward to spray,
The ember that crumbles,
The opening flower,
And the ox that moves on
In the quiet of power.

The Speaker is Describing the Swift and Slow things that are beautiful.
The first and second stanzas are the same but they switch from talking of fast things to talking of slow things
It makes you feel like your there.

I think the speaker is describing animals that are beautiful. In the first stanza, their describing swift and wild animals and in the second stanza their talking about how a domestic ox who is slower than the wild animals but just aspowerful. Some literary terms are when they describe horse as strong but withered. Also when they say that the ember crumbles. I think it makes the reader feel good and powerful about themselves.I could only see one pattern. Both the stanzas are talking about nature and swift and powerful animals.

This poem makes the reader feel refreshed as if they are outdoors. It says something then describes it in the next line and so on.
The writer was describing the beautiful things in nature that we humans take for granted. She is describing things that many people, maybe her, can take joy in. The first stanza is talking about nature that is visible to us in the day, things that occur during the day.
